Starting out in rigging and am making this character for an animation project
How should I rig his face so that he can do expressions like on the right? (with the top bandage acting like a unibrow for him to emote but so that it follows the curve of the black "marvin the martian" black void thing he has going on)
Its a small short so conceivably I can just blend shape all of his expressions but for the sake of learning shit I was wondering if there would be a better way

I found a couple places where you could view up to chapter 6 for free but i need more than that.

Creating an Animation with VS C#

H/3/llo bros. Newfag here in this board because I didn't know where else to ask. So I've been been working a lot with C# lately in school, but never in a project like this.

I need to do a similar animation in VisualStudio C# but with everything drawn with vectors and a small ship in the middle so it looks like it's traveling through space. I'd really appreciate any tips on how to write this code, or even what would the Form look like. Thank you guys.

Mimicking plasticine stopmotion

Looking for criticism since I think that there is still something wrong and I want to do something like it but more evolved.

It does bother me that I cant easily localise where the frame-by-frame deformations happen. It would be cool to have a nice way of keeping the base undeformed while simply twisting the top.

Still pleased with it (I know that since I mimicked that amateur look it does make things easier)

Old QTDDTOT thread is dead.

Is using noise reduction filters generally frowned upon for stills or is it acceptable for some cases?

How do i get 3D artist buddies?
I've been doing 3D for 2.5 years. But the only way i got buddies was from school, but they rarely do 3D now.

yo /3/. need quick help since im not well versed in animation and C4D.

i need to bring this animated butterfly into a C4D from 3ds max. i export it as .FBX but as it seems C4D doesn't have individual time lines for each object/animation. my first butterflies animation is only 6 frames long and it loops in 3ds max. but in c4d it just stop after 1 flap. my 2nd butterfly is 180 frames long and that animaion gets cut halfway. and when i move them everything goes shit. any tips on bringing this to c4d?
