Like I said, welcome back to reality. It's not going to "the future", but it's pretty fucking cool and has a lot of potential for immersive experiences. It's great for cockpit orientated vehicle games and alternative things.

VR will be a great fun in mobile gaming. The market will properly grow once Samsung releases their mobile HMD this November. Otherwise the PC HMD's will be great for motion controller stuff and vehicles stuff. Just getting it for DCS/Eurotruck and whatnot is worth it for me.

In addition how lenses work is the counter to your nonsense claim of looking at something 1mm away, but if that doesn't make sense to you then you don't understand the science behind vision which makes this discussion even more irrelevant.
