I feel ya bro. I also wanted to make a game but I didnt know how to code, so tried all sorts of things, like prefab scripts etc. In the end you will run into several problems that you cant get to work because you dont know how to and you dont know whats the problam and noone is going to help you, so cheating doesnt work.

You better learn it yourself OP.

I know how to program and actually programming is my only good skill. I can't model for some reason, I can't make sounds or music, I can't make graphic designs or draw

What game engine are you using? if you are using Unity or Unreal you can just use a regular sonic model(preferable rigged with all the animations and character controlls) and just parent a shitty sculpted sonic head to the head bone of the model INSIDE the engine so you dont need to make the whole bode. I am sure you can find a ripped sonic model somewhere.

You can start modelling simple figures like mugs, bottles and disposable coffee cups, which doesnt require that much or any artistic skill at all, just getting the scaling/proportions right and move on from there.

You can also download sculptris or zbrush or mudbox and sculpt a shitty sonic head and decimate the mesh. Heck, there are also shitty sculpting applications for mobile devices.

Take the ripped model and drop the sanic head ontop the ripped model in the hierarchy tab on your left where all your scene assets are.
