There are many problems with it. The word and the definition are in the same field, so they can't be separated. This means you have to use it as a sentence deck. There are several cards with parts missing, like no word listed, no English translation, or sometime the word isn't actually in the sentence. Other times the audio uses a different reading than the one listed on the card so you don't know which is right. Some of the words are really dumb too.
Overall, I don't really recommend it, but the girl's voice is nice and the sentences seem more complex than Core sentences, so I've learned a little grammar along the way.
>>132789406I read a few volumes of Yotsuba in the past, but my real reading started on Jan 1 where I read Hanahira every day until I finished it, then started Flyable Heart. I started learning 11 years ago, but have quit many many times and made barely any progress in all that time. This year I just got more serious. I'm about halfway through FH now I think, and I will definitely finish by the end of the year.
