Draco has 80Bs. That's 92.5cm at the widest point.
Assuming all things being proportional, a 10m Gigantes with Draco's proportions will be ~6.135(10/1.63) times as tall, wide, etc. This works out to about 231 times her mass, volume, etc(exclude talks, wings)
Band size:

Assuming she pressed them together for zero cleavage, that's over 5m of tits extending from one side of her ribcage, up, across her chest, and down to the other side's ribs. Assuming she's lying down, and the "vertical" portion of it is 1/3, the total span from left to right is 378.32cm across both tits, about 189.16cm/6'2.47" per tit. All but the tallest anons would be able to lie across her tit from left to right.
And this is just a B-cup equivalent.
Disappointingly, you can't quite use her nipples as pillows on your tit mattress, they're only about 6cm/2.36" long.
