>>132795433I'll explain why I find it interesting but it seems you already made up your mind that a story can't be interesting without any suspense of whether not the main character loses or not.
The fact is there is no suspense is the point. The protagonist is bored of fighting off monsters and villains because of the lack of suspense and challenge battles bring him. He also suffers from the fact that despite his ease in defeating powerful foes that terrorize citizens, people do not know of his accomplishments. He could very well solve everyone's problems but what is the point if either his heroic deeds go largely unnoticed or there's an immense backlash at his attempt to make things better?
Saitama's aim to find a worthy adversary and his desire to have citizens know of his heroic acts is the main conflict. He does end up finding villains who put up more of a fight later in the story but for the most part do not expect there to be any suspense of whether or not he wins or loses. When he battles a new opponent, is more of the case of whether or not the opponent will be able to be powerful enough to actually for once be able to injure Saitama, last long enough in a fight him, or at least in some way provide some sort of a challenge.
There's also several plot threads, focus on other heroes, and just the general comedic tone the series has that keeps it interesting. If all of that doesn't interest you then its not your thing.
