So almost a year ago I started watching Attack on Titan on Netflix. I liked it even though it's not S tiers or anything, I think the mix of horror/dark fantasy is quite good and it's overall entertaining.

But I was frustrated to find out that the anime was on hold. So I bought the mangas, like the first ten volumes or so. I don't enjoy the manga as much as I would have hoped because I find it boring to have to read through the events I've already seen, but since I'm quite particular about this kind of stuff I want to read it all before I catch up with the point the anime stopped.

Now I'm wondering if I shouldn't sell the mangas and just wait for the anime to continue. I just enjoy it more in anime because of the music, the action, etc.

What should I do /a/ ? Is one definitely better than the other in this case or is it up to preference ?
