okay so MC and his daughter(technically) finally have their final showdown that ends with MC dying but he technically doesn't die he mentions being reborn in another timeline and will attempt to harm anna again

daughter doesn't die she passes out but before doing so confesses everything to anna and mentions she will follow him forever to make sure he doesn't bring her any harm implying she inherited the power from her father(MC)

Cousin now free from having her body possesed from MC's daughter wakes up in a hospital remembering none of the events that took place in the manga

the page is anna remembering her old friends sometime in the future recalling the events "as a bad dream

THE END"

First Timeline: rapes anna grows up to be a bachelor who sleeps with many women and lives a great life and this is when he dies for the first time(also daughter dies for first time as well)

Second Timeline: He is an ordinary mangaka who has a dream recalling all the events of the first timeline before jumping off a building

Third Timeline: the events with the cousin(daughter)

i have no idea where his kid was during the second timeline this is never explained

That was the timeline where he didn't remember anything from the first one.
