Half of the cast served absolutely no purpose whatsoever, or wound up doing some crazy bullshit in the last few episodes to somehow justify their presence. The storytelling was neat, but awkwardly thrown around everywhere and kind of unsatisfying by the end. MC was also a dipshit way too often.
OST was great though and monster design along with Rah were as gorgeous as the scenery.
MC's mom was the best though, her fucking voice was like ambrosia.
