Like, while you're preparing the food you have to fight the rats for the ingredients and finish before the cockroaches destroy everything. the best-use-by dates bring up fond memories of your childhood and you need to figure out which items can still be considered non-lethal and how you need to prepare some others to kill off the bacteria. And in all this rush, you need to pay attention not to lose your footing on the grungy floor as there's some NASTY things lying around everywhere that you really don't want to fall into.
