It's well and good that the 5 great nations get along now, but ethey should invite the heads of smaller countries to Kage conferences.
If the Hidden Rain, Waterfall etc. have no say in any of the decision-making, odds are they'll keep getting fucked and will be more likely to engage in war. There need to be treaties and international cooperation and dependancy to ensure peace.

Uchiha are mentally ill by default and go ax-crazy when someone close to them dies, gaining dangerous magical abilites as well
Imagine how much better narutoverse would've been if Madara was outright killed and his body burned and someone bothered to blast Obito to bits even after his death, just to make sure
Kishi ended up writing a story where I'd agree with the complete extermination of a whole class of people
