It's simply one of the most entertaining manga I've ever read.

It's not perfect by any means and there are some things Araki simply forgets, but never the less he keeps it interesting.

The monthly wait for new chapters is suffering though.

As someone who's read the entire manga, pretty much all of them are the result of someone's weird superpower of the week. The ones that aren't are the result of JoJo characters just being kinda weird.

I thought the early parts were cool as a kind of reference and homage to Dracula of sorts. I like it but I honestly don't see the hype surrounding the thing.

It's really not that type of manga at all. It has characters with strange powers, but the powers are all explained and make sense within the context of the story. You guys probably saw a bunch of meme images and concluded that it is all just randumb shit based on that.
