Man, I just finished Ciguatera after having seen it mentioned around /a/ here and there. Do people actually like this? It was so fucking shit.

The ride was boring and almost everything that happens is pointless. No one learns from any of the events. Bad stuff just happened to people for no good reason. The cast just flops around for 70 chapters then we cut away to an epilogue.

It's like a poor man's Pun Pun, some people gave Aku no Hana shit for what it was but it tells the story of becoming human a lot better. At least the suffering meant something in those series. Hell, if everyone just ended up miserable forever it'd still be a better series for holding a theme.

I'm mad as hell that I read through all that nothing.
