A filthy rich individual stumbled across your board and the threads/shitposting about Keit-ai. He likes it and actually offers to fund the idea. He proposes that you as a collective had to vote on which studio he should approach with this.
They would most likely do a 13 ep with optional 2nd season (if you wish) and the investor is ready to spend what ever is needed.
So what studio would you like to actually produce it? They would have nearly unlimited funding for their ideas and high quality (unironic) animation. KyoAni? Trigger? Gainax? Shaft? Sunrise? Bones? JC? IG? A-1? Pierrot? Toei? Ghibli?
There are a few more. But who would be suited considering the art style/storyline? We would need a screen-play and who would be most able to write that?

~cost of ONE Episode today is roughly 10 Million Yen, For a 26 ep show this would be about 3 Million $. He is ready to spend 3 times that at least if needed.
