Megu-nee was just the opposite. The nature of Ruu might very well lead to Rii subconsciously acting more independently than before through Ruu's actions.
With Yuki, Megu-nee was her own subconscious protecting her from the dangers around her while she was in her normal school life delusion while gradually easing her back to reality. They couldn't be more different aside from that fact that they're both imaginary
