What are some MCs with unusual abilities?

Not that guy, but in his case it warned him of any sort of death, even natural/without killing intent.
Also it was an esper precognition power shaped by his near-death experiences.

Personally though I liked the guy with healing abilities who overloaded his power and gave cancer. Only saw this like once or twice. (One of them in Drifters)

Almost all powers from this thing are pretty much the same tho : "to turn something into another thing". Girl with glasses mentioned above is probably the most interesting one.

MC from Gun-Ota gets this ability around the start of arc 4

It's not plot related or anything, he just get this ability.

He can do all of 5 things with magic: enhance his body, enhance his senses, turn dead metal slimes into gun parts, make gunpowder, and make lotion.
