Not in the show/manga. If you look on the wiki there's a list of potential candidates based on Rum's descriptions, but I don't think it can be any of them because Haibara's spidey sense hasn't gone off on any of them. Unless Rum can somehow hide his power level.

The author stated in an interview that he has already written the ending and has it locked away in a safe. This is in case an accident happens to him. That means if you want to see the ending soon, you need to go over and assassinate Aoyama. That will trigger the release of the ending arc.
