TLDR she was overly emotional and distraught when she made the wish she could have said anything else.
Your none of this happened wish example is just blatantly going to backfire. That's just one of the worst wishes you could possibly give to any sort of wish granter as there is a near infinite amount of ways in which it can/will go wrong.
