Not really, he was just the editor for the early parts of Kuroko no Basuke and he never said anything about Naruto. He did give his approval for some shoujo manga though.

Well Killua calls him a girl and Alluka doesn't seem to have any problem with that, and alluka also uses the super feminine atashi personal pronoun. It's certainly not a confirmation but it's enough to raise the question.
