I have yet to watch AntiMagic, but so far I like Asterisk a little bit more than Rakudai. Episodes 2 and 4 killed Rakudai for me.

Nope, watching Rakudai feels like a chore and Asterisk feels inferior to Antimagic so it lost my interest.
Only watching Antimagic atm, superior girls, fight scenes and chuunishit than the other two battleharems.

I love Antimagic's LN, but the anime is so disappointing. Bad directing, low budget, and rushed as fun adaptation is not making it awesome as it should be.

Asterisk anime is surprising me more than I thought it would. The director knows how to make it awesome and the show has decent budget to work with.

Rakudai is alright. I wasn't really interested to begin with since the premise and characters don't interests me. I might be able to enjoy it more if the fans and threads for the anime weren't terrible most of the time.

All in all, my current ranking goes Asterisk > Antimagic > Rakudai

Of the battle harems I'm enjoying Antimagic and Rakudai the most. Asterisk is alright but the only one of the three where I don't really like the MC. Still, they're all actually enjoyable for me compared to when I finished the all the battle harems in winter.

Of course, though Antimagic gave me a rough start. I'll be watching it for Mari and nothing else. Asterisk is great, probably my favorite unless Kobayashi Yuu knocks it out of the park as the next Rakudai girl. Rakudai is fun but the threads are god awful, I should really learn not to go into them but I still do despite my anger.

If I had to compare only their fourth episodes, Rakudai>Asterisk>Antimagic.

Rakudai had decent animation and choreography and made me care about the result. Asterisk didn't make me care but it did have great animation. Antimagic was just a poorly choreographed and lethargic mess.

AntiMagic had a great first episode but then turned into the most chuuni shit ever so I dropped it. If I didn't know any better I would have thought it was just a parody of chuunishit like Fate considering they summoned fucking Saber.

Asterisk has been generic as fuck but it improved a little bit.

I only watched Asterisk and Rakudai and Rakudai is objectively the better show. It has better characters, better fight scene/animation and better story.

The entire concept to me is dull. I think a lot of it is how badly executed power suits are in anime. Shows that use them often suffer from DBZ syndrome, which makes fights totally uninteresting to watch. This same problem is why Akame ga Kill was so terrible even as a brainless action series.

I couldn't do it this season. I'm simply watching too many things and Rakudai and Asterisk are way too similar for me to actually pick up some sort of interest in them.
Anti magic is lucky it isn't airing on Saturday, as that was part of the reason why I dropped the others.
