>>132849211Naruto was dramatic, had awesome tactical fighting and built great tension throughout the first few arcs, it also had 10/10 character design which is probably why the show is even loved so much universally, also a great soundtrack. However the lack of overall meaning, development or any breaking away from Shounen stereotypes is what makes Naruto bad, and it's eventual descendance into powerlevel circlejerk. Overall, Naruto deserves a 6/10. Perhaps if the series developed it's message about peace and hatred and frendship and forgiveness in a more original way it would actually be a good show.
SAO has nothing to defend for it except a somewhat interesting premise behind it that was thrown in the trash once the author knew where the money's at. SAO barely deserves a 3/10 and is disgusting to watch.
