Hey guys I finally decided to watch things like HxH FMA:BH EVA and was thinking about picking up E7 is it any good? I like the first OP.

It's a pretty fun & comfy show the last arc has some darker themes which contrast a bit with the earlier half but it ties up together nicely, and the world building in Eureka seveN was GOAT

It is a good watch and I enjoy the crew interactions. Check it out OP but do not and I repeat DO NOT watch the second season. It is terrible.

I liked the movie. If you want to watch it, go in expecting nothing related to the series, it's pretty much a completely different story with the same character designs. Most of them are completely different people.

E7 is still one of my favorite anime and the best 'coming of age' style anime. It may get a lot of hate but it is truly good. Also dat OST is god tier.

The problem is the series is about child love, and it elevates it like it's the ultimate love. An adult though or just anyone with a modicum of experience will just be rolling their eyes the whole time. Another problem is the rest of the story is equally shallow. The author just takes stories from other works and does them in a fluffy manner. If you've seen EVA for example you've already seen much of this series done far better.

You don't watch eureka 7 for character development. It comes no where near "god tier" in that regard.

You watch eureka 7 if you watch anime for the aesthetics. dem legz are god tier

Do it. The first episodes are kind of slow until episode 10~ and there are moments where it kind of slows down, but it's worth it

It's my favorite coming of age story.
I think that it's easier to relate to the mc if you remember being a shit kid when you were around 13. The only thing I really didn't like in the anime were those godawful trio of shit kids.
