Pixiv has a tag called "Someone that cute couldn't possibly that cute". If in an anime/manga a girl looks and acts like the perfectly idealized girl chances are you are looking at a trap (or a newhalf).
This has become a standard in the industry to the point that you should just expect that to be true, mostly because on the flipside almost no anime girl acts or dresses that girly anymore, even in shoujo series (with maybe the last bastion being harems and even there you only rarely see those archetypes anymore). They'll instead be tsundere, tomboys, (extreme) genki girls, kuudere or a mix of the previous + osanajimi while dressing not quite perfectly girly.
