Well nobody cares or should care if a shit series like Fairy Tail has lots of fanservice. There are genuine good series where the mangaka isn't as good at fanservice as the FT author but add it anyway so it can be annoying for some.

If it's properly contextualized and fits with the general theme or aesthetic of the show, I really don't have an issue with it. If it's distracting, blatantly doesn't fit, or just generally detracts from the whole vibe the anime's got, then it might become an issue. Still fap too it though.
