Unless you're the kind of autist who flips out at the thought of how illogical small talk is and refuses to put up with it, it's not really that hard to pretend to be relatively normal person.

Took me two years from borderline hikki with social anxiety so bad it gave me panic attacks in stressful situations to more or less functioning member of society. It sucked hard at first but it's not bad now.
