We see two events of this in Nise specifically.
The first event was him going to Kanbaru's house to check up on her.
While he was going there upon Gaen's request, he could still tell just from standing outside that Kanbaru's rainy devil issue had basically been solved and exactly how much oddity was left within her and that there would be no profit in pursuing that oddity.
The second is during the Araragi/Senjougahara confrontation where he accurately points out that Araragi took within himself half of the Fire Wreathe Bee, something that he couldn't have possibly known Araragi had did unless he could sense oddities.
He can also sense Shinobu as well.
