Scientifically, if an alien species like that could function and live on our planet, then it would be susceptible to human diseases to some degree, perhaps even die instantly due to not being immune to some of them. Like how indigenous populations of the Americas died when Europeans brought over their diseases.
However there should be two things to note in the context of that book:
1) if aliens are integrated into Earth society so much that they go to schools and have regular jobs, then we can assume that they have got around all of those issues already. Or, human science has evolved so far that we defeated most diseases.
2) this is a porn comic where they fill the role of the sexy-girls-you-can-fuck-without-consequences, which means STDs don't exist.
