They fullfill their preprogrammed special niche in demonhood as drones or whatever of god or entity of whatever in all conceivable situations. I can't even see them as individuals, since they're often an integral part of some god or other powerful entity.
Take a xeno from a heavily totalitarian culture with strict set of rules dictating everything from behavior to sexuality and set her free from her repression. She becomes kinky and adventurous with her new found freedom. Maybe a bit sloppy at first but still.
But a demon is still a demon. Wants you to sell your soul, or just eats it so it can be merged with the powerful warp entity she's an integral part of. They know no freedom, because they are not individuals.
Sure there are exceptions to this, but this seems to be the prevalent trend.
What i'm trying to say is they're not xenos. Also bland, whatever appendages stick out of their - often asymetrically.
