>>62257Again re: Do's and Don'ts
It'd be great if someone did a little research and inquiry regarding how hosts treat adult content, cartoon porn, and fucked up shit. Legal stuff can be a nightmare to navigate.
I checked out Amazon AWS and their Acceptable Use Policy is kind of vague and open to interpretation:
>Offensive Content. Content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable, including content that constitutes child pornography, relates to bestiality, or depicts non-consensual sex acts. But I think this basically rules out rape, non-con, and good ol' /ss/ for them. I'm too scared to ask them straight up.
Granted, it allows you to choose where your stuff is stored, so people outside the USA can mitigate some obscenity issues via moving jurisdiction to here, since I understand that USA federal law is... tolerant of fucked up cartoon porn. There's no telling if Amazon itself will eventually monitor you, though.
The other three hosts mentioned in the pastebin (geekghost, nixi, iwf) are also based in the US and are subject to US laws, but don't have that specific callout for offensive content, outside of the "don't break any laws" bit.
I don't know whether it's better to beg forgiveness than ask permission, but it's something I worry about. I know the pastebin says "fuck using sites you don't control" but sometimes I wonder if it's just safer to use vetted websites for cartoon porn.
Or maybe I should give up on doing any lolicon.
