I'm going to courtbecause my neighbor complains my doggy is a nuisance, and barks at him all night.

I told him it was another dog he was hearing but I'm the only house adjacent to his. And I think he might have got video of my dog barking at night. Also my dog's name is registered as Barky.

Do you think he hasgot a case? What will happen to my dog if we go to court? Will I have to keep my dog in-doors?
