What's the best way to meet girls in college? Tinder? Parties? Clubs? Just talking after/in class?

yes. low effort, quick and easy. Use it only for sex though, even though 9/10 girls will tell you they are looking for LTRs. (protip: they aren't, they are using a hookup app)
