I'm a freshman at a 4-year university. I want to transfer to another school, but I don't really know where to start or how to find solid information on it.
I was pretty good in high school for the most part(good AP scores, high ACT, 4.0, salut., etc) but it was a really small school which didn't even have clubs or anything. Hardly any extracurriculars on my applications, besides a couple of random tidbits. I spent my free time instead self-studying to get AP credit for tests which we didn't have classes for.
I'm a computer science major in the honors program. I started enough hours to be considered a sophomore so I enrolled directly in sophomore/junior level classes and I'm doing pretty well so far. I just want to know sort of about my chances at transfer applications and whether I should even bother.
some unis that look good(feel free to suggest some or tell me i'm an overshooting dummy): Rice, University of Illinois U-C, UCB/LA/SD/I, UT-Austin, Georgia Tech, NYU, Northwestern, University of Washington
thanks
