So, I have to go out tomorrow, and I've lost the only bra that fit me (40K). I have about two bras that are 36DD that fit me really poorly, my breasts are about twice the size of the cups. what can I do?

Maybe you could extend the fasteners in such a way that you could gain at less some band length. Or fashion a homemade bandeau like ancient women did to wrap their breasts tightly. That or put on one of the ones that don't fit and wear a loose shirt.

Always have 2 bras.

If you don't have a bra that fits you and your breasts are too large for in-store bras(I assume thats the cause of this issue?) should probably try and tie your breasts . Wear a tight shirt backwards and wrap something around your chest.

I'm not obese. I am overweight though. my measurements have always been on the bigger side... when I was 115 lbs at 5'8" I was 32DD

Time for a reality check, start researching on weight loss, calorie restriction and the dangers of drinking calories.

And all OP can really do is bind (not too tightly) with bandages and wear a tight top underneath a looser top for support. Losing some weight would likely be a good idea though- not saying you need to be 115 pounds again, but carrying a lot of fat on the abdomen isn't a good idea for women either.

I'm not following your advice because you don't actually care about my health, you're someone who's annoyed for some reason at the fact of a person being overweight. I'll do what I think is best. my vitals are perfectly fine, as well as not having any deficiencies or illnesses. i don't have any immediate life threatening illnesses to address. I'm not the healthiest person but I'm not a walking bucket of disease and ailment. Goodbye.
