I have this lump, inside my neck, all that shows on the outside is a slight redness where it is, it's quite painful.

I'm fairly sure it's not an ingrown hair, and 100% not a pimple.
I know I shouldn't be asking 4chan for medical help.
I'd normally go straight to the doctor, but it's the weekend and my doctor doesn't work on the weekends.
