This solar panel and camera is located high up, on a street light in a suburb in NSW.
This is not near any traffic lights, heavy intersections, schools, shopping centres - only houses. It's located on a quiet street.
The camera is, at night, emitting a reddish glow which appears to be infrared lighting.
Is this government surveillance? Have we become the UK?
