so on Wednesday, I was talking to this girl like on my course over the phone and we talk about how much we like carrot cake. She suggests we bake it together over the weekend, so I say yes. I ask her if she is free on Saturday and she tells me she has no plans so all looks good.

On Friday around 4pm I message her asking her if she is still free and if we are still up for meeting and cooking together and she says yes.

Today is Saturday. I call her at 11am, no response, and then I text her at 12pm asking her if she wants to still met up or if she is busy, she says she still wants to meet. I then message her back saying "great, let me know what time you would be free"

Its not 1:36PM (UK time) and i've got no response from her

Should I call her? Should I message again? I KNOW i've been blown off, but she's done this too me before, and she somehow manages to make out the reason why we haven't met in the past is because of me. At this point i'm actually indifferent as to weather or not we meet, but i'm just wondering what I Should do, should I contact her to ask weather or not she is going to be free later or not? Or should I just take the hint and "leave the ball in her court"? I was the last one to message her, so surely at this point she should be the one responding to MY message, I shouldn't be following up... Right?

From my perspective she has blown me off, which I am fine with, but I just want to know if there is any way from her perspective weather or not she thinks she has blown me off
