How do I deal with being poor?

I can't sleep in my room cause of mold and the windows suck. I sleep in a storage closet on the floor. My parents only have food half the time and they live paycheck to paycheck. Every day I wake up to my inconsiderate dad cooking food and stomping around making noise. I have walls so thin you can hear a fork hiuting a plate in the room under yours. The entire house is broken down with water damage and really really really bad floors. My parents are so poor my dad gt a carpet from his old job they were going to throw out and they used it in our house and it doesn't even cover the entire floor. I can't bring girls or people here at all. I can't sleep without my dad pissing me off all day. He makes as much noise as possible and smokes a bunch of cigs and goes to work after I can't sleep already. My parents hang out in their room all day and just walk back and forth past me all morning.

Literally the cheapest apartment would be better than this. I'd rather live in east Harlem or south central. I can't even get a job because I'm so exhausted 24. I tried earplugs once and my dad just started chainsmoking cigarettes next to me so I woke up anyway.
