What do you call being rather emotional, yet having a complete ineptitude with relating to other people or even forming friendships with them?

As in, I think that a lot of times. People cry over trivial stuff. Even if I then realize that the reason why they are upset is because I cheated on them, or because I told my mom that her rape wasn't even particularly serious and she should just get over it.
