At what speed is it orbitting? If it's orbit is stable, this is a trick question, the orbital descent can be considered negligible, thus the time it takes to descend is too far in the future to properly calculate without updated information.

I quickly looked up orbital drag coefficients by altitude and it seems that 200000 km far exceeds the bounds for considering atmospheric drag as a significant factor. However, solar radiation pressure will still impact the orbit in a manner dependent upon the surface area of the satellite and the material of its composition.
