I'm graduating with a double major in Computer Science BS (but not from the college of engineering, college of liberal arts and sciences instead !!!!), Sustainability and the Built Environment BS (college of Design, Construction and Planning). minor in Russian

Dude, this guy got his CS degree from the college, not from the engineering school. I don't think we can accept him to our prestigious billion-dollar technology company. Says right here on our website "CS degrees have to be from engineering school, otherwise it doesn't count lol". What a shame too, he was perfect in every other way.

It's not fucked to begin with. I don't know where you even got that idea. You have a degree in a good field and it should be easy to find a job if you have a portfolio of programming projects to show, sometimes you don't even need the portfolio. You won't get into some silicon valley firm, but you'll get a good job that will get you started in your career.

just apply everywhere and a company will be desperate enough or have so few applicants that even if you have a meh gpa and no projects outside of school like me you will get a 60k a year + benefits role. It might be something kinda boring like QA or IT but it is still a job that can easily give you 4k-5k a month.
