I'm a fat female. I don't want to be fat anymore. Can't work out intensively because of heavy asthma & shitty lungs in general.

Can you guys give me some tips? My main problem is bing eating, I'm a dirty swine when it comes to that, can maul a lot in one sitting and I have a problem with controlling these urges
