My employee has a crush on me.

She always tries to schedule herself with me and often lingers until it's time for me to go home. Some of the other employees said I'm dense for not picking up on it sooner. I like to make sure I'm feared/respected but she just beams at me when I come in.

Should I even acknowledge it?

HR would probably tear me a new asshole if she said something bad.
