So i went to my local pub tonight and seen my cousin, one of his friends was a really pretty girl. At first thought there was no way she would ever notice me, yet somehow we ended up talking to each other. She even stayed with me rather than her friends. We ended up dancing together and even making out a little bit. So i got her number, its actually real, i don't know what to do. How should i text her and what should i say ?
Should i wait before i text back ?

I really like her and i think she may like me (hopefully)
