What do you think about "purges"
I call purges to all the shit that I make in a fake account of Facebook , here I Insult to people that I know or just I say what I think about them .
I know that this isn´t Mental Healthy but it helps me with me Anxiety
What can I do?
I wanna stop but I am afraid because it controls my anxiety
