Today I was feeling really disoriented and separated from reality by my MENTAL ILLNESS. It's actually pretty relentless. My friend told me to piss on the side of the house, so I did. Quickly, I realized it was a bad idea as someone was watching me from a window closed the blinds, and a lady in her backyard said, "Oh, he pissin."

Suddenly, I became very grounded. Now, I'm not going to interpret this event as a call to piss in public when I'm not feeling well. Can anyone think of an equivalent action that would bring me to the present moment?
