Also how big is the lump? Where exactly is it? can you move it around a little, or is it stuck in place?

It's not too big. If I lift my boob up it's at very end right where my chest and boob meet in the middle. I can't move it, it's quite painful to try

Well go and get it checked out. The fact that you can't move it points towards it being cancerous, but the fact that it's that painful points to it being something else. Only a doctor will be able to diagnose it for sure
