Basically I have an 8 year old Steam account with over 700 owned games. Just a few years ago I would still be posting cringeworthy shit including memes and XDLOLSORANDUMB humor, as well as using even worse English than this on places like Steam Discussions and SteamRep forums, and a ton of these posts are now permanently unremovable for whatever reasons. I have a username that I hate to play with, and on some non-Steam sources including Nintendo platforms, Blizzard games, etc I also have no option to switch away from the name (unlike on Steam where I can TECHNICALLY change name on the fly, but the name history on SteamRep permanently shows any names I've switched to and used before).
I feel stuck with the name because I'm stuck with the accounts where I both own all my things and where I can't really change the identity.
