How much do girls actually care about acne?

I don't really think I'm "ugly" but acne completely kills my confidence.
I'm 19 almost 20 and my skin on my cheeks is red 24/7. It's not bumpy though just red skin with some blemishes.

My skin looks a lot like pic related but less individual red spots and more of a complete red area. on my cheeks.

How much of a turn-off is it for girls if a guy has red cheeks/skin?

Acne just severely impacts your hotness. Like, if you're otherwise a really attractive guy, acne brings you down a lot. Some people can literally go from a 5/10 to a 9/10 JUST by clearing up their skin.

It's worth it to invest in some of those intense acne treatments.

personally as a girl with acne it obviously doesnt bother me very much. girls just cover it up better. i dont think its particularly a problem anyway, especially if youre already attractive asides from that, but buy some concealer that matches your skintone if it really bothers you?
