How do I beat procrastination? Most of the time I just sit around browsing 4chan or watching youtube videos.

Same problem here, I really like video games but it has been a while since I played something. Then again I'm busy now with college. I'd suggest you try to block the websites you're the most active on, on your computer and your phone if you have a smartphone. It didn't help me have more free time for my hobbies, but now I have more time to revise so I guess in a way it's working for me a little bit.
