So last night i went out and met this girl. We danced made out and she gave me her number. I have been texting her today but she waits like 2 hours to text back whereas i respond within about 20 minutes.

Am i texting back too soon ?

Calling is way too old school. Text her in a day or two and just set something up for you two to do together, and say nothing more. No conversation, just invite her out. If she doesn't seem interested, move on.

Not the Anon to whom you're replying, but while I agree totally that flirting can work so well over text I still think he gave the right advice for the circumstances. Chances are that for a guy like OP, flirting over text would be an absolute disaster. He wouldn'f flirt the way we do with girls. He'd just fuck it up. Baby steps.

This is something a wise man taught me, only ask her on a date monday through thursday until she asks "why you don't take me out on weekends.". If she says that and doesn't mention a specific time when she's available on the weekends, its a really good sign of interest. It means she's not seeing many guys or non at all on the weekends,its all for you.

Don't settle on this one girl go and talk to more women.
